By using Face Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You may not use Face Studio to create or share offensive, obscene, or unlawful content.
2. You are responsible for any content that you generate using Face Studio, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Face Studio and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the app or API.
3. Face Studio provides access to its underlying software, offering varying levels of usage including free and subscription-based plans. While subscribed users enjoy benefits such as higher rate limits and additional options, it's important to note that the quality and accuracy of the generated content remain unpredictable and come without any guaranteed level of precision. Face Studio does not ensure the accuracy or completeness of the content produced and disclaims responsibility for any errors or omissions in the generated output. This applies to both the web-based application and API.
4. Face Studio reserves the right to terminate your use of the app at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any illegal or inappropriate behavior.
5. You agree that any content you generate using Face Studio may be used by Face Studio for research and development purposes.
6. Face Studio may collect and use certain information about your use of the app.
7. You understand that creating new accounts to circumvent user limits or any other restrictions imposed by Face Studio is strictly prohibited. Each user is allowed to have one active account, and any attempts to create multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing usage limits or engaging in any form of abuse will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts. Face Studio reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to blocking access to the platform and permanently banning users found violating this policy.
8. You may not use the output of Face Studio, including any results obtained from the API, to create a duplicate product or offer a similar service without first obtaining written approval.
9. Face Studio reserves the right to permanently ban any user who abuses the service, violates these Terms of Use, or engages in any illegal or inappropriate behavior.
10. The use of Face Studio's API is subject to certain technical and functional limitations. While we strive to provide a reliable and efficient API service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific performance results. The availability and functionality of the API may be impacted by factors such as server maintenance, system upgrades, and external service provider performance.
11. Users are encouraged to refer to the Face Studio API Reference to better understand the capabilities, limitations, and recommended practices for using the API. By utilizing the Face Studio API, users acknowledge their understanding of the inherent limitations and agree to use the API at their own discretion and risk.
12. You understand that providing your email address is optional. By verifying your email address, you agree to receive important account-related and promotional updates from Face Studio. You can easily opt out of promotional emails by unsubscribing using the link provided in the emails. Please note that even if you opt out of promotional emails, you may continue to receive essential service-related communications.
13. Face Studio uses reCAPTCHA, a service provided by Google, to detect and prevent malicious traffic. Your use of Face Studio is subject to reCAPTCHA's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms of Use.
14. Face Studio uses Lemon Squeezy as the primary payment processor for our subscription-based services. Your use of Face Studio's paid subscription services is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Service Agreement and Buyer Terms and Conditions.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, and any disputes arising out of your use of Face Studio will be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

By using Face Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
